Frank van Gool is the founder and CEO of OTTO Work Force, the biggest employment agency in the Netherlands. The majority of the 6000 plus employees that find work through OTTO Workforce originate from Poland. Since 2005 OTTO is putting more effort in recruiting Dutch employees.

About OTTO Work Force
OTTO Work Force is based in Venray. In 2005 OTTO Work Force generated a turnover of more than 50 million euro. Every year OTTO Work Force helps more than 6.000 Polish employees find work in the Netherlands. He tells us that OTTO Work force especially provides employees in logistics (70%), industry (25%) and horticulture (5%).

Open borders for eastern Europe
In the beautiful palace of Soestdijk the message couldn’t be more clear: Open up the borders for every Eastern European country including Russia. René van der Linden, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, got right to the point when he said “The countries that open up their borders will bloom economically”.

From the country
The president of OTTO Work Force in Venray is pleased. On the first of May the MOE- countries (middle and east European countries) were allowed to have inhabitants work in other EU-countries without a license. “Three years too late”. We also have establishments in England. Here MOE inhabitants are being employed for some time now. Now here in the Netherlands we have to school and invest allot of time to make them as efficient as their English colleagues.
